It’s Snowing!

So, WordPress give the option of making a blog “snow”, until January 6. So I decided to try it for the next couple weeks. It’s the most snow I’ve seen this holiday season in Northern Virginia, but I’m not complaining.

Hey, I Finally Remembered How To Change Bugloaf’s Favicon!

I’m either lazy or a little dumb, but I finally remembered how to change the favicon for Bugloaf. For those who don’t play with blog or website design everyday, a favicon is that little tiny icon that appears next to the website’s web address. For a while, I’ve been using the old Bugloaf logo for my favicon: the green fly on top of a meatloaf-type thing. Since I changed the logo for the website itself, I kept meaning to change the favicon, but there it sat, for over a month. Well, now I fixed it. Yay for me.

I obviously have no lofty goals for commentary-posts on here. Seeing as this is the first bit of stand-alone commentary I’ve posted in a long while, I guess any reason will do. Carry on about your lives, I will bask in this mini-glory in what I have accomplished today.

By the way, if the old favicon is still showing, you may have to wipe out your temporary files, or hold shift while you refresh the page. One of those should work…try the refresh first, because wiping out temp files can be a pain, and I don’t want Bugloaf to be the reason why your saved passwords are gone.

And this is a surprise to who exactly? (To be clear, my church is a little more…gentle in how they put it. Also, it’s not technically Jesus’ job to do this. Oh, and there’s no mention of a “burning hell” in the bible. But this doesn’t stop some folks from using this as a leveraging tool for good behavior.)
